Who handles your information
FreeMarket operates under the name 欧盟区块链分享经济. For questions about your data or to exercise your privacy rights, email freemarket7891@gmail.com. This operator name does not imply affiliation with, or endorsement by, an EU institution.
Information we use and why
We process account details, email verification records, delivery and billing addresses, order history, and customer-service messages to operate your account, process purchases, fulfil orders and respond to requests. Passwords are stored as hashes. Invitation records link a new member to the bargain they chose to help.
To prevent duplicate assistance and abuse, we use a protected network identifier derived from your IP address, assistance history and security logs. Shared networks can trigger manual review. The bargain records store the protected identifier rather than the raw IP address; infrastructure logs may contain IP addresses.
Cookies, browser storage and sharing
Necessary cookies maintain sign-in sessions and shopping bags. Browser storage remembers choices such as “don’t show this again today” and checkout progress. Your invitation link contains product and campaign identifiers; anyone you share it with can view that campaign’s product and progress. Keep payment checkout links private.
Service providers
Information needed to provide the service may be processed by hosting providers, email delivery providers such as Resend when enabled, payment providers shown at checkout, and delivery providers. Payment information is handled through the selected payment provider. Customer-service email sent to our Gmail address is processed by Google. Providers may process data outside your country; applicable transfer safeguards are required where the law requires them.
Legal grounds and retention
Where applicable, we process information to perform a contract, comply with legal duties, and pursue legitimate interests such as preventing abuse and securing the service. Optional marketing requires the consent applicable in your location. We retain information only as needed for these purposes, recordkeeping obligations and resolving disputes. Deletion requests are assessed against those obligations.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by email. Depending on your location, you may also request portability or restriction, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Withdrawing optional consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.
Updates
We publish changes on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes affecting your rights will be communicated as required by law.
